Perfect for up to 2 guests (1 Queen), it’s steps from lively restaurants, ice cream or gelato shops, bakeries, bike trails, and live music. Enjoy AC/Heat, a firepit, grill, and an outdoor shower. Recently renovated, this charming spot in Dennis is close to Nantucket Sound, Hyannis, and downtown Chatham. Experience a true Cape Cod getaway! 

** 2 Night Minimum off season ** 

** 3 Night weekdays/4 Night Weekends Minimum beginning at the end of June through July, August & beginning of September ** 

- If you plan to bring your dog, please indicate during the reservation in this website that you'll be bringing pets, just like you would for the number of guests; otherwise, a $100 pet fee will apply. One dog (up to 60 lbs) is allowed, no other pets are permitted.

*** WHAT THIS PLACE OFFERS ***

- Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, restaurants, arcades, shops, batting cages, etc. we will send you all the details and suggestions after booking

- Ample parking on premises

- Backyard not fenced, with a gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood firepit and outdoor shower.

- The kitchen features a gas range with oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with condiments and cooking essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You'll find utensils, serving ware, a coffee/tea station, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area in the living room and an outdoor patio with an umbrella and string lights—perfect for when you’re not picnicking on the beach or dining out.

- Outdoor patio has an outdoor picnic table for dining.

- Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and the likes thereof. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board in the twin bedroom closet. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub.

- Washing Machine and Dryer

- There is one bedroom/queen bed.

- Bed linens and pillows are included in cleaning fee. We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff.
- In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from your Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon accounts or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included.

*** PRIVACY ***

- There is a shed and basement on the property for storage that is not accessible to guests. Thank you for understanding.

- We respect your privacy, there are two outdoor security cameras on premises facing the parking lot and the street. They are there for your safety.

- This is a private home with its own private patio. The firepit, driveway and parking lot areas are shared with the cottage next door, which is also a short-term rental. Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise down and using the space provided for you.

*** RULES ***

- 1 dog maximum (up to 60lb), no other pets allowed.

-Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture.

-Please clean up after your dog (inside and outside)

-Please do not smoke or vape in the house.

- Guest making reservations must be at least 25 y/o and must stay at cottage and not make reservations for another party. Sorry, we do not rent to students.

-No Parties

- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (NO sanitary products, wet wipes, oils, harsh chemicals etc).

-Please leave our cottage the way you found it - neat & tidy

- Please review 'rental agreement' before booking.
